Did you know that line dancing is good for your heart? Dr. Belardinelli of Lancisi, Italy reports, "waltzing is as beneficial to health as working out on treadmills and stationary bikes. People are more apt to do it because it's fun! Waltzers have better oxygen uptake and less muscle fatigue than traditional exercises."
The June issue of Readers Digest reported that by dancing just two hours a week you burn 816 calories and can lose 12 pounds a year! That should be incentive to attend Line Dance Class!!! We hope to see you.
In our line dance classes we waltz and do other dance steps. Where else can you get such healtful fun?
